1. Information Collection & Processing

1.1 Data Collected Directly by the Developer: None

We do not gather, retain, or view any data linked to you, including name, email, phone number, physical address, government ID, location, or any user-generated personal content. No gameplay data is transmitted off your device to our servers.

1.2 Personal Data Processed Exclusively by Third-Party AdMob SDK

The Google AdMob SDK embedded in the Game will only initialize and process technical personal data when the internal test switch is manually turned on by our internal test personnel. For all standard players using the public release version, the advertising module remains fully shut down, and no advertising-related data collection will occur.

When testing mode is activated for internal SDK verification only, Google AdMob automatically processes technical personal data on its own servers. The Developer does not initiate or control this processing. Data categories include:

• Persistent device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID, Android device identifiers)
• Network metadata: IP address, carrier, Wi-Fi/network status
• Device hardware & system data: device model, OS version, screen specs, system language
• Ad interaction metrics: ad impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion, conversion tracking

All processing of this data is governed solely by Google's independent privacy terms.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

The Game only integrates Google official SDKs for distribution and advertising. All third parties act as independent data controllers for the data they process, with their own binding privacy policies:

We do not share any user data with additional sub-processors outside Google's listed ecosystem.

3. Required Device Permissions

The Game only requests two system permissions, which will not trigger any data transmission for regular players as the advertising module stays disabled:

1. Internet / Network Access: Only functional when internal test advertising mode is enabled, for AdMob to download ad creative assets and transmit ad performance signals.
2. Network/Wi-Fi State Detection: Used to adjust ad media loading based on user's metered/unmetered network to reduce data consumption, only effective in test mode.

You may revoke or disable all permissions anytime via your device native Settings menu. Disabling network permissions will disable all in-game ads but will not break core offline puzzle gameplay.

4. Children's Privacy Protection

This Game is designed and marketed exclusively for users aged 16 or above. We do not knowingly target, collect data from, or serve personalized ads to any user under 16.

• Under GDPR: The default age of independent consent for digital services is 16 across the EEA; we will not process advertising data from users below this threshold without verified parental consent, and we implement age-appropriate ad signal filtering via AdMob settings.
• Under U.S. COPPA: COPPA governs users under 13. We take reasonable steps to block behavioral advertising and limit data tracking if signals indicate a user is under 13, and we will not knowingly collect persistent identifiers from children.

If you are a parent and believe we have inadvertently processed data from your child under 16, contact us immediately via the listed email to request full data deletion requests routed to Google.

5. Data Retention & Information Security

a) Local Game Save Data

All offline progress, high scores and game state files remain stored locally on your device only. This data is permanently erased when you clear the app cache or fully uninstall PESTLECRUSH; we hold no copies of local save data.

b) Third-Party Ad Data Retention

All advertising-related personal data processed by Google AdMob is retained per Google's own published retention rules. The Developer cannot delete, access, or modify any data stored on Google's servers. This data is only generated when advertising functionality is enabled via internal configuration switches.

c) Security Safeguards

Google uses industry-standard end-to-end encryption for all ad data transmission. The Developer maintains no server infrastructure holding user data, eliminating internal data breach risks on our side. In the event of a third-party data breach involving AdMob services, Google will manage regulatory notifications, and we will notify affected users within 72 hours upon receiving official breach alerts from Google, per GDPR mandatory breach reporting rules.

6. Rights for EEA/UK Users

• Right of Access: You may request confirmation of whether relevant personal data is being processed, together with a full copy of that data, details of its usage and any third parties it is shared with.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request a machine-readable copy of personal data processed where processing relies on your consent. You may also ask us to forward such data to another designated third party, subject to technical feasibility. We may decline requests if releasing data would expose third-party personal information, trade secrets or intellectual property.
• Right to Correction: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal data linked to you.
• Right to Erasure: You may request full deletion of your personal data if the data is no longer needed for its original purpose, or if processing is unlawful. We will retain limited data only where legally required, such as to defend legal claims. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to notify third parties to remove your data upon valid erasure requests.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You may ask us to suspend all processing of your data except secure storage in defined scenarios: where data accuracy is under verification, processing is unlawful, data is required for legal dispute resolution, or you wish to balance our legitimate processing grounds against your personal interests. If we restrict processing, we will notify relevant third parties accordingly.
• Right to Object: You may object to all processing of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time. You can disable personalized ads directly via your device system privacy settings. Exercising this right will not impair core gameplay experience.

7. Rights for California U.S. Users

Under California law, device identifiers, IP addresses and hardware metadata qualify as personal information that may be shared for advertising operations. You are entitled to the following rights:

1. Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising;
2. Right to request full disclosure of categories of personal information processed by our third-party ad partners;
3. Right to request permanent deletion of all your personal data held by advertising service providers.

Exercising any of these rights will not result in restricted game functionality or discriminatory treatment against you.

8. Modifications to This Privacy Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes, AdMob SDK updates, or operational adjustments. Material revisions will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated policy URL. We recommend users review this policy periodically before gameplay. A permanent, public, non-password-protected policy URL will be listed on all app store storefront listings for PESTLECRUSH at all times.
